Customer Service dropped the ball

I posted a comment on your customer service page about the buckles on my truck cover not staying connected. Asked for replacement but no word yet in email form from you all. Had to tie the strap in a knot so it wouldn't come apart. I like the fit but the side panels can't secure since there are no handles above back seat doors.

How to return

Very upsetting, spent 109.00 and the first day I put it up and it was ripped in the screen part. I don't even want it in my truck. So disappointing.
Could not wait to take my dog in his first truck ride, in the new truck. Now I have to find and order a different one so it's going to be a bit longer for my Max to go on his ride. How do I send back and get refunded? I will post pictures tomorrow.

We are very happy with our recent purchase. The hard bottom hammock is far superior to a soft hammock type cover. The hard bottom offers a more stable environment for our dog. Great value for the money. Very easy to install. Excellent coverage, easily adjustable and quality zippers. The cozy cloud dog bed is a great bonus!
